Designed in 1986 by Mr Kenn Lim, a freelance designer, the TK Band logo includes the mace – a symbol of leadership and honour – an imprint of the band’s anchored position as one of the oldest and leading bands in the Singapore band-scape.

Though the logo was redesigned in 2007 by Ms Masturah Shaari, an ex-TK Band member ('85), its essence has remained unchanged till this day.

The rich and luxurious colours of black and gold, which are also colours of the current band uniform, represent TK Band’s regal position of being an excellent and innovative leader in its field of music and display.
