Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) 2010
Central Judging & Competition for Display Band
On 10 April 2010, TK Band clinched the GOLD medal at the Display Band Competition. The band also failed to reclaim the Best Display Band title, which they had held for 5 consecutive competitions from 1998 to 2006. This title went to Deyi in 2008. Deyi has also retained the Gold with Honours and the Best Drum Major awards since 2006.

TK Band IN CONCERT 2009
TK Band's final public event for 2009 was held on Sun, 29 Nov at the Esplanade Concert Hall. The guest band was the Kasetsart University Wind Symphony from Thailand. Repertoire for the night included:

Overture No. 2 for Wind Band (Kelly Tang)
Bangkok Fantasia (Vanish Potavanish)
